Puppy contract All puppies are sold with tails docked, dew claws removed soon after birth. I provide the first round of the puppy shots, a veterinarian health check, and AKC or APRI litter registration papers for $1300.00. We can arrange to meet you at a closer location for an additional fee. We also require a non refundable $200.00 deposit for every puppy as soon as the buyer has committed to buy. If the puppy has any noticeable physical change I will contact you and let you know and if you decide not to take the puppy I will refund the deposit.
All puppies sold will be honestly represented and evaluated as accurately as possible. A licensed veterinarian prior to pick up or delivery will examine all puppies. The Buyer MUST have the pup or pups thoroughly examined by a licensed veterinarian (at buyers expense) within a period of no more than 14 days of taking possession of the puppy, If it is found by a licensed veterinarian not to be in good health, we must be notified immediately. We will then decide to replace the puppy with a new puppy of the same value once the examining veterinarians has furnished a health report to us.
We guarantee puppies to be free of life threatening, genetic, or congenital defects for a period of 1 year from the date of birth of puppy. Genetic defects shall not include diseases of any nature of these that are the responsibility of the buyer. That includes problems related to and resulting from inferior dog foods, or any disease that is preventable like parvo, distemper, etc... We also do not cover any non- life threatening treatable, occasional occurrences such as warts, skin tags, or hernias. The puppies need to be fed quality dog food such as Blue Buffalo or equivalent with similar ingredients where real meat is the first ingredient , no by-product meals, no corn, wheat or soy, and no artificial preservatives or flavors.
If during the 1 year period stated above, this puppy is examined by two unassociated veterinarians, and found to have life threatening, congenital or a genetic disorder, we will upon provision of the veterinarians reports, provide buyer with the next available puppy of equal value upon receipt of proof of spay/neuter and return of the puppy and all puppy papers. All transport costs are at the Buyer's expense.
Your puppy has been wormed and given its first puppy vaccine, it is your responsibility to continue to worm your pup, check for parasites and keep up with the puppy vaccines. The puppy needs to have 2 more rounds of the puppy shots to be immune to those diseases. Veterinarians will give rabies shots at 3 months now, so when you take them in for their last puppy vaccine which is 12 weeks or 3 months, you can get their rabies shot also if you so desire.
